Refund Policy
Players providing greater than 24 hours notice are entitled to a refund minus our £0.50 refund payment processing cost.
Players providing less than 24 hours notice are entitled to a refund minus our £1.00 late refund payment processing cost.
Players can only request a refund by clicking the link provided in the email they received when they paid.
If a match is cancelled for any reason the player will receive a full refund without fees, even if that match is due to start in less than 24 hours.
If a player arrives at a match and the match has not been organised or is inaccessible to the player then that player should inform us at [email protected] and we will investigate the match. If any wrongdoing is found we will fully refund all the players associated with the match.
