What do you need help with today?


Managers

We charge 30p per player, per match. We help you factor this and your pitch booking costs into the admission price of your matches so you can be sure your costs are covered.

Firstly we need make sure that the match went ahead as advertised so we hold onto your funds for 24 hours whilst we verify your match. Provided this holding period has passed, payment will be sent out the next Monday. To see details about your payments like how much you are due to receive and when to expect the payment, please navigate to the manager details page.

Players who pull out less than 24 hours before a match will only receive a partial refund. We recommend using our matchmaking feature to find new players who can help fill in the gaps.

You can add yourself to your match by using the "Add Myself" button found on the upcoming match section on the manage page. The payment processing fee of £0.30 for your inclusion in the match will be taken from the total amount collected from your players.

No but players can remove themselves from matches by using the drop out link in the confirmation email they received when they signed up for the match.

If you need to cancel a match for any reason, go to Manage Group, Match Settings and then cancel the match. All players will receive a full refund for the game, minus the original transaction fee.

Navigate to Manage Group, Matchmaking, Turn on Matchmaking. This will make your team page publically accessible and will add your next match to the list of matches found in your area.

When a new manager signs up to QuickBall using your referral code and uses it to play a minimum of four matches, you will be rewarded with a £10 Amazon.co.uk gift card and they will too. The only condition is that you must also have used it to play at least four matches with your own group. To track the status of your referrals, login to your account or navigate to the Manager Account page to see a list of your active referrals and your progress towards the rewards.

You may refer as many managers as you like and you will continue to receive the rewards so long as the referral conditions are satisfied.

Players

We hold onto the manager's funds for 24 hours after a match. Any complaints in this timeframe will be investigated and if wrong doing is found, we will refund all the players.

If you need to drop out, please use the link provided in the confirmation email. You will be refunded the full amount for the game, minus our refund fee of £0.50 and the original transaction fee of £0.30.

However, if you drop out less than 24 hours before the match, you will not receive a refund but you should still notify your group that you wont be playing, using the link provided in the confirmation email.

If you can't find the team at the location and you were unable to play please email support@quickball.co.uk. We will try to investigate and resolve the matter.

If you don't turn up to a game and you don't drop out using the link provided in the confirmation email then you will not receive a refund and you will lose the entire match fee. If we find a player is regularly not turning up to matches, we may ban you permanently from use of the service.
